Your account

One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and your details accurate — bike parks rely on them for receipts and for reaching you when a lesson changes.

Bookings and payment

A booking is a contract between you and the bike park running the course. The price shown before checkout, including any group rate, is the price you pay. Places are limited and allocated in the order they are confirmed.

Changes and cancellations

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the lesson starts. Bike parks may move or suspend a lesson for weather, trail conditions or coach availability; we tell you as soon as they do and offer a make-up date or a refund.

Riding safely

Mountain biking carries risk. Wear the protective equipment the bike park requires, follow your coach's instructions, and ride within your ability. Coaches may end a lesson for anyone riding unsafely.

Conduct

Respect other riders, coaches and staff. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, false bookings or anything that puts other people at risk.

Our responsibility

We provide the booking platform. The lessons themselves, and the safety of the trails, are the responsibility of the bike park running them.

Changes to these terms

We will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to book after that means you accept the updated terms.
